House #6

Ok, This is one of our favorite houses. It also was in Chiluca. It has a large side yard and another back yard. The side yard has a bathroom that you can only get to from outside - for all the parties that we will be throwing! The only bad thing was that it doesn't have a fence around it.

When you walk into this house, you walk into the living room to the left and a bar right in the center of the house. There is also a guest bathroom right by the front door. When you go left, there is a dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook that looks out to the side yard. The laundry room was also right off of the kitchen, which I have always wanted and the maid's quarters were up the stairs in the laundry room. Another nice thing about most of the houses we saw was that they have these huge pantries. This one had a pantry with a loft for more storage.

This house had many twists and turns. It seemed like everytime you went one way, it just kept going around the corner.

Also, in the front of the house (off the kitchen), there was a studio room. They currently had a ton of boxes in it, but it was a large spacious room that could be a playroom, extra bedroom, or office.

The back of the house had a workout room, again with a loft. Not sure what you would do with that loft, but whatever. It also has three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and another family room. We really loved this house because of all the stone and brick work, but it doesn't have a bath tub! Unfortunately, that may be a deal breaker! There are lots of pictures so I will try to post them small.
